De Gea by far. Lukaku has been good in the main and Matic probably third although the latter two seem to have their doubters among the fan base.

Its not been great to watch but the team have found a way to win games and big games especially. I'm expecting another kick on next year. We need to make good sensible signings this summer, not vanity ones.

De Gea by an absolute country mile, he should have win it last year as well. He's by far our best player, most consistent and has probably won us the most points.

De Gea has clearly played to the highest level throughout the season. But maybe because he's winning it every season they may look to other players but that seemed to be exactly what happen last season when Herrera won it so I expect it to go back to De Gea.

De Gea, been our most consistent player and played at a level nobody else has, especially since December where he’s been ridiculous.

DDG by a country mile. our only player to make it in the team of the season as well. The only player in our team anywhere near World class.

Since it started a GK never won it until Fergie left. Shows again how far we have fallen that a GK has been our best player what more than likely will be 4 out of the last 5 yrs. Bit embarassing for the outfield players if you ask me

This season there really has been a flat atmosphere for rave reviews on players shining at United. It pretty much sums up our season when we’re struggling to find a player of the year based on high praise performances when the one that really stands out is our world class goal keeper.

For outfield players I think it’ll be either Lukaku or Lingard, with Lukaku just edging it with his goal tally. But any 3 of those seems like the likeliest candidates.

It should have been Martial and he would have ran away with it until Jose dumped him for Sanchez.
3 x player of the month this season, 2 more than any other player including De Gea. Didn't start from January (His last award) until the Bournemouth game.

How many great games has De Gea actually had?

I dunno. Valencia hasn’t put a foot wrong all season. Matic has improved us a lot. Lingard scored a few crucial goals; probably won us as many points as Dave saved us.

Pogba’s been better than Matic this season. Dunno why people think he should be in with a shout whereas our best midfielder isn’t. Well I do, but just making the point.
