It’s a massive IF, no doubt . Hence why I said hope rather than when .

Tho for all we were schiedt this year, there was still a bit of pressure in that before matcha ibrox old form, a gers victory would have put us within 3 points, tho Celtic had a game in hand in any case so no real pressure
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And how did BR react to the pressure of being a goal down twice and a player sent off
----------------------------------------------------------------------

He probably murdered a prostitute with a pin hammer tae the heed

Holy sheeeet.

The obsession some Bears have with BR is pathetic.
Some of the comments..? I’m surprised Admin hasn’t deleted them tbh.

After last week he comes away with that.

You can see why some bears have made a mountain out of a molehill with this-Clarke ‘sticking it’ to Rodgers. It’s not as if anyone from their own club has been able to do it since he arrived.

So Clarke was right to pull up Rodgers about firemen. His players did a job in a meaningless match but were professional and limited celtic to not a lot.

Rodgers is in a roundabout way saying Clarke set his team up perfectly to counter his team. I think he should avoid disrespecting the players though by suggesting anyone could have done it though.

Was a poor expression to use. Rodgers did commend Killie on how they played, which seems to be getting missed, but he didn’t need to use the add on.

It's a backhanded compliment, reeks of sarcasm.

BR (in a really patronising whanky tone) "Well done Killie didn't you play well... FFS anyone could of done that!"

Yeah, I get it cheese. You don’t like him and will pick the bones out of what he says.

“It is always going to be very difficult and even more so when you have good players who are organised.“

Nothing patronising about that, but like I said, people don’t want to see his comment that actually compliments the team with no caveat.

And I would of agreed that would be complimentary, but it wasn't all he said, he added the crack at the end and should be rightly be called out on it!

Same way Levein was called out for the "natural order" comment

Same way pedro was chased down about the "best squad"

Same way Griff was shunned after his "get back to your own country" comment

etc

etc

etc

etc

Yeah, it’s exactly like all that.

Let it all out mate.

Do tell why its not?

You appear to chose certain words he said but oddly chose to ignore others.

Almost like its on purpose.

If you say nasty/stupid/batshiitecrazy things people will call you out on them.

posted on 12/5/18

You actually replied to my comment where I said he didn’t need to use it.

So, I didn’t ignore it.

It wasn’t nasty. It wasn’t stupid. It wasn’t batshit crazy. It was just an unnecessary analogy used to make a point. Like I said though, he’s made your team look like rank amateurs since he’s arrived so I can see why you can’t have a balanced view on it and want to piggy back on any opportunity you can.

That’s fine. That’s well within the bounds.
I do worry about how personally some seem to take Rodgers though. Maybe I’m just being menstrual.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
both defending and criticising him is mental

He aint yir mate
you don't even know the guy

He gets a ribbing because he is weird.
And he is....

For some reason this weirdness gets defended because of the job he is in

If he worked for Birmingham FC he would get slagged or ignored if he worked for Rangers those slagin or defending would swap stances

who knows.

Next season we will be cheering on or slagin folk who at the time of writing we have either never heard of or never even thought of.

Fitba fans eh whit they like

No need to talk about the other team. At the end Of the day Kilmarnock got what they wanted.

Duke. He’s getting results at Celtic so that allows fans to largely ignore his Brentisms. If he was saying the exact same things but losing tha attitude towards him would be different.
As you say they are being that thing we know as fans
----------------------------------------------------------------------
its insane

In life you either like or dislike people

You decide this on lots of factors

But in football only 1 thing matters
Whit club employ him.....
Barton
Griff
etc
If swapped loads would change opinion

Wee Mo
Hated loved hated loved

The guy was the same guy just changed the colour of his top and employer.

I’m neither defending or criticising him.
I’m just surprised at the lengths people go to to paint h as a bad guy.
As you say, you don’t know him so why bother?

It’s what we do on here though, all of us. I’m just pleased we can now park this ‘obsessed’ patter as it’s utterly rank.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
he gets slagged because of the same reasons he gets defended

his employer...

employed by A = like/defend
employed by B = dislike/criticise

Alfie Conn
We Mo

etc .....

take the Levin Rigsby (canny help ma self) exchange

Give them both the others script and the same people would defend/criticise the guy who works for the employer they prefer.
It doesn't actually matter what is said.
