It will be painful to move his arm back and forth like when you run. Hence why he went off.

Walking around would be uncomfortable but bearable.

When did you assess him?

It's logical. He's walking and not in obvious pain, but when he was running playing football he was in pain.

The difference in arm movement when walking v running is the movement back and forth of the arms.

Can understand why he went off to be fair. Bigger games for him personally this summer in Russia

I cracked my shoulder in a game a year ago, got kneed by the guy during a slide tackle. Running was seriously painful for weeks as you move your arms for speed, balance and direction changes. Kicking a ball hurt as again, you raise your arms to help your kicking posture. Shoulder barging? forget it. Basically everything was impacted, I play full back and couldn't take throw ins or go up for headers either.

Salah had no chance of carrying on with that injury.

There was a coming together I think Salah did try to grab on to Ramos, however it was Ramos that threw his leg across Salah to bring him down and resulted in the injury.

For sure Ramos would have been happy to see Salah go off knowing it wasn't a serious leg injury.

But glad he's ok in the main.
