Persian women are the most beautiful in the world.
Not sure there's much evidence of persian women being consistently beautiful, there's obviously plenty of hot ones but go to eastern europe or croatia and attractive women are almost the standard rather than the exception as they are in most countries

In my experience definitely not for Mexican and also not for Brazilians
It's all based on personal experience though so definitely not fact but... Scandinavian women generally are quite health conscious and that makes the standard consistently higher (plus good genes obviously).
Lifestyle (food, drink and exercise) plays a massive part. It's why the UK is way down the list on average

I'd say European women are hottest. Hungary, Sweden, Poland although I've been impressed with Persian women. Basically every region have hot women apart from India and Africa.

Best Latinas looks-wise are Colombian and Argentinian for Spanish speaking and of course Brazilian for Portuguese speaking.
Russian women beautiful also but for me the most beautiful are South-East Asian,think Thailand,Philippines,Cambodia,Vietnam etc.
