All this does is strengthen our hand in the Mbappe deal. If a Spurs striker is worth £250m, then surely a Man Utd striker would be worth more. So we could sign Kane, then sell him straight away for £300m to PSG due to the increase in value from playing for a top side. Then we could use that money to buy Mbappe for relatively cheap because let’s face it a striker playing in a pub league (Ligue 1) is not going to cost much, so buy Mbappe for £70m, then buy back Kane straight away for £100m from PSG because no pub league striker in Ligue 1 can be worth more than £100m, so we make loads of money and get Kane and Mbappe. Win Win. #Champ25ns

Nah some guy who probably makes more cash in a day than I do in a month probably just stuck couple hundred on it. You'd be surprised how little it takes to get these things going.
Even if you sold him for £300m to us there would be thousands lining up ready to murder Levy.
Such an odd story though. They couldn't have possibly chosen a more unattainable player for United outside of Liverpool or City.

The only possible way that there may be some element of truth in this, in my eyes at least, is if someone has heard on good authority that Martial is a Spurs target and that they've received a flippant United reply of 'Ok then, we'll have Kane'. Otherwise cannot possibly see how this could happen.

What we're doing is sounding this out so that Madrid have to swoop for Kane this transfer window.
This means they'll have to ditch plans to buy Hazard (as it'll cost them too much for both).
This'll result in us getting a clear run for Bale (who Real will have to sell to afford Kane and who won't go back to Spurs as we'll offer far more money) whilst Hazard stays at Chelsea.
