I would say that Pogba is more likely a Real Madrid kind of player than a Barca one.
He loses possession to often and doesn't work to win it back to be a Barca player. It would likely be why Pep didn't want him either.

Juve were looking for about £60m clear, which would have been closer to his actual value (probably still on the pricey side).

I think there may be slight interest in their part but the offer they made (if it's true) suggests to me they know it was insulting. Probably trying to unsettle him further if the reports are true.

I would suggest that City (if they were ever interested) were put off by the transfer fee and wage demands, rather than the player's ability
I actually think that he would thrive under Guardiola but I'm not really sure where he would fit in at the moment.
