That's not the spirit if you want to win things.
I hope your players does not have this mindset.
we have strengthened were we needed to,thats great management for me, plus getting to a CL FINAL gave us some more money
cant wait for season to start
Squad cost and wages suggests we should come 3rd.
Of course our players don't have that mindset. But you still have the best squad in the league, therefore you should win the league again. We have made vast improvements so we should be much closer, and if you didn't have a ridiculously good team I'd be more confident of us winning it. But unfortunately you do.

CL final was a one-off. It's not going to happen every year. And most Liverpool fans won't mind not winning the CL anyway.
But the PL is another matter.
Anfield will go mental if Liverpool have even a sniff.

On paper we could have a great squad but strange things have happened in the past e.g. Leicester.
And I have a feeling that United will surprise people this coming season.
... but only time will tell. We could nick it..., all depends on performance during the season and how the inevitable injuries stack up.

you can never count out utd. unlike spurs who may even have a better starting 11 utd knows how to win.
might be a bit too much for them this year though with city and pool very strong.

I’m sure there are Liverpool fans who think we’ll win it but they are a tiny minority. Most acknowledge that City will probably win it again, which is absolutely logical given that last season they set the record number of point and scored a record number of goals.
I’m hopeful of 2nd though and am looking for a big improvement on our domestic cup runs, hopefully winning one.
City are the favourites
Liverpool on paper look much stronger
Chelsea look like the dark horses. Weaker goal keeper but have greatly improved their midfield.
Utd have good players but the special once may implode. Could be good and grind out results, or it could all go South with the manager very quickly.
Tottenham have done fack all. Strong first eleven but little depth. Any world Cup hangover could hit them hard.
Arsenal look defensively weak. May struggle to make the top four.
Spurs and Arsenal would probably miss out on top 4 this season.
Also, Everton and West Ham have assembled some decent teams as well.
Expect th top 6 to drop points all over the place this season.
