Evolution isn't a theory, it is a fact. It has been proven in laboratories using E. coli and on farms via selective breeding of chickens.

Evolution not Revolution, I evolve but I don't revolve

I guess what I'm saying is you don't want another Chris Evans on your hands

"No, that IS what we want"

I'm your man

Whilst it's true to say you can't see evolution in real time there is plenty of evidence to support evolution. Most convincing of all though, for me, is that there isn't any evidence disproving evolution. Even if one shred of evidence was found it would cause the theory to collapse and even with rich creationists pouring money into the god theory they haven't come up with anything credible yet.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I should qualify this by saying that the lack of evidence disproving evolution isn't meant in a 'you can't disprove a negative' kind of way.

I mean in a proper scientific application of testing a theory. Darwin's theory has held up since the 19th century even during times of technological advances.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Slightly tangentially, Darwin was a jerk! Alfred Wallace is where more of the credit should be bestowed.

A fellow countryman! Well he was born in Wales so I'm claiming him!

It has literally been proven in a petri dish in a lab...

Really interesting life story. Fascinating character, he's the Rosalind Franklin of evolutionary biology.

Speaking of Wales, I'm now in it. I love what you've done with the place.

I do try my best with my country. Glad you like.

On evolution would I be right in thinking that evolution occurs from conception to childbirth? From a collection of cells to an intelligent poster on JA606.
