He definitely doesn’t.
I think what he’s trying to say is that the way we measure time is a human construct, but his brain can’t make that connection.

Clearly not read up on relativity or the effects of gravity wells or singularities on space time.

Stretty, if time is a construct, how do you explain how it moves slower the closer you get to a black hole? As in, things further away from the black hole age faster than Jose closer to it?

The one that get me is the edges of the universe are moving away from the middle, faster than the galaxies closer to the middle.
