I noticed this with the strips that were sold a few weeks ago. Seemed to be operated by some three letter acronym . Can’t mind what it was.

The fact rangers put it out via official club correspondence tells me it’s legit. Like others have said, seems it’s maybe a way of dodging mikey bhoys terms...

They are out already. Home and third strip were on sale few weeks ago thru gersstoreonline and JD sports.

Sold like hot cakes. Ran out . I was gonna but a mandarin one. But fook that 60 quid. Taking the pash

It’s all a bit odd still imo but there’s probably a good reason for it . Not sure what it is but the most likely seems to be to do with the whole Ashley thing and exclusivity /terms matching yawnfest

There was. We never heard what happened tho and the strips and merchandise are selling in jd sports so Ashley certainly didn’t get exclusivity

United have their strips made by Nike.


But they don't really. It's some marketing arm of Nike and basically all it is is that we get a Nike tshirt and put our badge and sponsor on it.

This for example was the 16/17 home top for just £11 https://www.prodirectsoccer.com/products/Nike-Trophy-I-I-Short-Sleeve-Football-Shirt-Mens-Football-Teamwear-Safety-Orange-Black-80049.aspx

I'm pretty sure if you bought the right tshirt, a badge you could sew on and some lettering for the sponsor it would cost you less money.
