Kante is a rat of a player breaking play up etc. Ok, he was a bad example to use, Kieta is a similar player to who then, Mata? Still no great shakes if you ask me.
If we we'd have had a decent striker yesterday we would have got something from the game, and were SH¡TE! So God help you when you play anyone with decent strikers. I know, I know, you've played Chelsea, City etc but you've had your luck playing them, the penalty miss by City and the worldy by sturridge. YOUR LUCK WILL RUN OUT.
Like I said before, I work with Liverpool fans, and the majority think that the world owes them something. You will have your slump, it's nailed on.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Right OK, so now you're firing out random names Keita might be similar to? Would it not make more sense to simply say you don't actually have a clue about the player?
Yes you may have beaten us if you'd had a good striker. But they if we'd had all our players fit and firing we may have beat you by five. If's but's and maybe's in the grand scheme of things. What actually happened is we played you with a host of injuries, knocks and in for players, had to use our squad and still won. This is not a slight of you by the way as you played well and we all agree a good striker and you'd be higher in the table, it's just the way it is when you play a club with loads of money who can fill the bench with better players than you have in your first team, even with injuries.
It's not lucky that a team misses a penalty against you. It can't go in if it's not on target. Luck? What is luck? I'd say if City hit the penalty off target and it somehow went in, that would be lucky. Worldy by Sturridge is luck? So tap ins aren't lucky but great goals are? It's not luck I'm afraid, when you concede the least in the league and score one of the highest in the league, then you're going to get points. At some point it all clicks and we get the entertainment as well as handing put a few thrashings but in the meantime it's about picking up points when not at our best.
It's funny as before you said the Liverpool fans y0u work with, who live in Huddersfield I assume but still have season tickets, agreed with you on Liverpool being rubbish and now youre saying they believe the world owes them something.
You're all over the place. You lack intelligence and in general you've had an absolute mare here. I'd quit as going on anymore would only serve to demonstrate this further.
lack of intelligence! Look at my username, I live on the Wirral, hence I know Liverpool fans. Are you a scouser? Probably Irish or a southerner, as geography is your not strong point.
I wouldn't know Kieta if he came up and kissed me, think I'm getting mixed up with the Brazilian you paid a fortune for that's "not quite upto speed" yet in the big boy league, so apologies for my lack of knowledge. 👍

You're forgiven.
Perhaps if you didn't butcher the English language and actually used capital letters where need be I'd have noticed 'Wirral' in your username.
English is my second language, Yorkshire being my first. So, go on, just for sh¡ts and giggles 🤭... What part of Liverpool are you from?
I think with your intellect and condescending demeanour, you're probably from..... Waterloo?

I'm from a little place in Liverpool, called Belfast. Actually it's in Northern Ireland, in case you couldn't work that one out. I know I know, people who live in Liverpool know more about the team than i do as they all have season tickets. Unfortunately my father decided to more from Liverpool and several years later I was born in Belfast. That makes me clueless, I understand. Oh well.
Far from it. I also used to work with a lad from Belfast, he had seen some sh¡t in his time. Fair play
Also you're understand how it is to get a ticket if you don't live in Liverpool. Firstly it are taken up by season ticket holders, which there is a list in the tens of thousands to get on. Secondly if you're a member, which I am, the left over tickets are firstly opened up to people living in Liverpool and then secondly to the rest. Basically there's no hope of getting a ticket even when a member. I spent the first half of last season trying the phone and the membership area online trying to get one and didn't even get to selecting a seat, as soon as I clicked on it, seats were gone.
Not that it bears any relevance to your understanding on how well the team are playing. Or even in his well you support the club, I mean I still went ahead and bought membership for this season, I still went ahead and purchased a shirt for myself, which I only wear watching the games and a full kit for my son. That's my way of showing support. I don't see it as any less. If I could have a season ticket I'd have one.
I'm just glad you don't wear the full kit yourself. I'm fully aware of the ticket issues at Liverpool, and how touts make money by flogging tickets to tourists, just there for a " day out".
But that's the price of success and football these days. Buy a dodgy box and you'll be able to watch every single Liverpool match available.
I don't get to many matches these days to watch town, due to work etc. But I've been there and done it, I've probably been to about 38+ away grounds, far and wide to see my team, the likes of Grimsby and Blackpool on cold Tuesday nights. So now that we're in the money league it's great to see, but once we go back down, it'll probably never happen again in my lifetime.
Yeah I have an app on my android box and watch every game.
I would wager that a Liverpool fan is more likely to know more about top flight football than a Huddersfield fan anyway, for obvious reasons.
It's a common trend even on here. People show up with opinions which they cant back up and don't want challenged and if you challenge said opinions they resort to this "Liverpool fans" thing, usually because they were talking outta their arris in the first place and can't substantiate their views.
You said Mane is hit and miss.
We said he wasn't, which could have been the beginning of a decent debate.
Instead, off you went on a "Liverpool fans" rant.
You'd be surprised how often this happens.
Mane:
This season : 8 games, 4 goals = superb
Last season : 29 games, 10 goals = in the shadow of Salah.
Season before: 27 games, 13 goals = Decent return.
My opinion is my opinion, he's hit n miss, he's very quick, but he misses his fair share and he's very greedy.
Despite town not being in the big league for years, lower league fans still watch it, for the entertainment value. So we watch/read everything that's going on in the Premier league, but we follow our teams with passion and knowledge of more than just one league.
As for Liverpool fans, I know lots of them, and I know it's a generalisation, but I'd say 90% of Liverpool fans still live on past glories, from the 70's. I was born in the 80's so I don't know much about the history, only recent stuff, which, in theory isn't much. Champions league win in 2005 (I think) was superb, but not much since.
I had a debate with a lad at work the other day about that, he said " we won the champions league when it was just for champions". But I said, you weren't champions, I think he meant top two/three. I then asked the question, would he have mentioned that if you'd had one it last season, when I think you finished 4th? He then shut up. So that's what I have to work with.
They don't like the truth... there's more chance of don revie coming back to life than Liverpool ever winning another title..and the glories you have had are down to our ex manager bill shankly!
Leeds United... Arsenal..and Liverpool owe a great deal to Huddersfield Town!... without us Lufc would have never existed and the other two wuda won fook all
Pain, we have knowledge of all the divisions... Not just the closed shop that is the Premier league.
Not going too well is it girls...going down...were going up. The Prem just doesn't need A Cruddersfield, it's been a nice experience for you though.
This is good for football...needed
You win for the first time in 8, is it? You beat the bottom of the league, who today have sacked their manager. We lost to last seasons champions league finalists, and we were unlucky.
We will see what the season holds,I don't hold much hope tbh, but I'm 90% certain you'll be a championship side next season.
Take care d¡ck head
3 wins 8 actually - you'd be doing alright if you had our points tally, not holding the table up.
Don't be going and beating Derby's record of lowest ever premier league points.

Absolutely!..it was a clear handball, yet look at that pathetic penalty city got against Burnley...or the cheating diving Danny rose against us!
It's fact and even Town hating Adrian Durham brought this up in his show this week
Clear handball
Yes. That however is irrelevant. Have a wee read of the handball rule, then apply it to the situation. Then come back to me.
I'll save you the hassle. The ball hit Milner on the thigh and then bounced from there onto his arm. So the official has to judge whether that was a deliberate act using the criteria set out. Using the criteria, it isn't deliberate. You'd have to be an idiot to suggest otherwise. I mean do you believe Milner intentionally knocked the ball onto his arm with his thigh? For what gain?
