If Davies comes in it has to be Tomori who is dropped. He’s more of a liability than Keogh. Neither Davies or Tomori can carry the ball out like Keogh.
Yes maybe Tomori will develop alongside Davies but what’s the point of that he’s not going to be at Derby in less than 7 months

I could not agree more Griff. And Keogh wins so many headers and has s terrific turn of speed over a few yards. We are blessed with 3 great central defenders and we should rejoice. I wonder if Tomori would be a great holding mid fielder?

Tomori was brought in to replace Keogh, who only kept his place because Davies got injured. (Rumour is that it was Keogh who crocked him)

So, I expect Tomori and Davies to be the pairing in due course as soon as (if not before) Keogh drops a clanger - he is overdue.

Tomori is way off being good enough for Chelsea so may well end up staying here long term, so developing him may well be in our interests.

Interesting the way fans interpret events. Some point out that Keogh has been playing well, others say that therefore he is overdue to drop a clanger. Presumably if he had dropped many clangers recently he should keep his place? Logic would then suggest that he would be due a long spell without a mistake.
