Was average defensively and completely honking going forward or crossing or passing or taking corners or taking free kicks.

A one off though, he's allowed it he's bailed us out a few times over the years.

I think we did OK last night but it was definitely a dip compared to some other performances.

We had the majority of possession and had far more attempts than them but there were a few key moments where our quality let us down on the night.

Candeais failure to put a decent ball in for Coulibally, Couliballys failure to gamble when Morelos put a great ball in and Grezdas miss at the end were the three main downers for me.

I am not too distraught over last night - I thought it would be a lot closer than some and I felt we were due a wee dip in performance in Europe.

Overall though we have been terrific in Europe and whilst one result doesn't take away from that I do think we passed up a massive opportunity to take 3 valuable points.

Best chances fell to spartak and that guy they brought on at half time ran you ragged. I expect you to get beat of them and villareal.

The 3 players highlighted have all done very well.
