----------------------------------------------------------------------
Will be very similar to Blackburn. All the play, gift a soft goal or a worldie, we have 18 shots to score 1, Saiz ineffective, crap ref, BPF barely anything to do, late equaliser.
Any old scrappy win will do
Cannot wait, first away game in ages!!
Just hope the results continue to go our way today! Hull 1-0 up against West Brom at HT. Brum 1-0 up at Derby. Need Weds and Forest to do us a favour too.
Oops - spoke too soon! Derby now 3-1 up and Norwich 3 up and are new leaders!
Leeds win tomorrow to take us top if results stay the same.
2-0 my prediction.
This league is there for the taking

Just needs one team to go on a run but every time it looks like one might they fall down.
Derby looking good though and where did Norwich come from?
Well, Wigan haven't lost at home and we have only won 3 away. The form book suggests a comfortable 2-0 home win unless we can overcome the loss of form of wing backs and re-kindle a Midas touch in front of goal. Slim 2-1 defeat which leaves us in about 5th which over the season so far is about where we deserve to be.

Wigan haven’t had a ‘comfortable’ home win all season. They’ve drawn or won by the odd goal, the only notable team they’ve beaten being West Brom who are blowing cold at the minute.
I think we can win this one comfortably to be honest - assuming we perform to our ability.

Can’t agree with that. Where we are is the very worst we deserve to be. We have to contend with sides setting out to stop us with no ambition other than to nick one from a set piece.
Yes we need to defend set pieces better and be more effective in the final third, but the other teams up there all have there problems too.
Wigan are fast and direct with a big, lumpy strike force. They also attack down their left flank a lot.

Ayling will be a huge loss and I can't see Dallas holding out against this team.
In short, we are playing the wrong team at the wrong time. I think we will have a lot of possession, but very hard to see anything except a defeat...unless we can recreate some of our early season form.
Best not bother turning up then if we’re bound to lose.
FFS. It’s wigan we’re talking. Yes they’re physical and direct and we typically don’t do as well against these teams and yes they are unbeaten at home but they’ve ridden their luck.
If we play well we should win. If we play averagely we should still have a chance. Get a grip lads!
What’s with the negativity on here???
Win tomorrow and we are 5 points ahead of West Brom before they come to Elland Road next week... huge incentive that. Still think it’s between us, West Brom and boro for top 2.

We’re playing them away Afridi
Agree about the negative waves
Hopefully all the people who have decided that we have already lost won't bother turning up to reduce negativity.
Look at Wigan’s home results this season. See who they have played,
Nothing to fear tomorrow at all.
