If you want to not wear a poppy and turn your back on the national anthem then yes I believe so.
Same as him having his views in the poppy i have every right to have views on him. I think he deserves the verbal abuse to be perfectly honest. I don't have one jot of sympathy

So because I don’t sing the English national anthem and won’t wear a poppy I have to go back to Scotland ,sheet I’m already here Mr EDL.

I have already said he didn't need to sing it but to turn his back in it was a bit disrespectful don't you think

Very sad indeed there is no need for that type of vandalism or destruction .Edinburgh can be a cesspit at times no respect for anyone .We all remember our fallen in different ways.Peace to all.

Manc Python coming across as xenophobic there.

I've lived abroad and there are many cases where I have met people who, back home are "respect the traditions of the country you're in", but when they are in a foreign country pretty much don't.

Was it for this reason fifa had/have their ban on the use of symbols on football shirts

As far as I’m concerned anything political needs to be kept out of sport, there’s no need for it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Is it political though? That was the question asked when England and Scotland were punished.

In the scenario of 2 British countrys playing each other it wasnt

No it isn't. Think you need to look up the meaning. If he is being disrespectful towards a country and ne saying if you don't like it get out then how does that means its xenophobic?

If he disrespects the country yes. I am not just saying 'foreigners get out'
If someone walked into your house and started disrespecting you would you ask them to leave?

Yep already said that. Is it ok fir Mclean to turn his back on the national anthem aswell then?

If someone was told they could do something in my house and then I ask them to leave for doing what I allowed, it would be idiotic of me to have told him he could do that in the first place.

Right so if you think that is ok then that is your opinion. I believe that shows disrespect towards the country you live in and earn from. Therefore I have every right to show my freedom of expression and tell you to feck off. Doesn't make me xenophobic though does it
