This came out on Friday and I posted about it. BBC only picked up on it on Monday. Typical. If it was us they'd have had 5 have your say articles on it by now.

Abu Dhabi Bribers are MASSIVE cheats. Who knew eh?

Cue the Berties in 3,2,1....

Here is the Der Spiegel Article

Part 1 of 4 (other 3 coming):

http://www.spiegel.de/international/manchester-city-exposed-bending-the-rules-to-the-tune-of-millions-a-1236346.html

this quote wow;

"Manchester City has managed to cheat its way into the top echelon of European football and create a global, immensely profitable football empire, ignoring rules along the way. The club's newfound glory is rooted in lies."

I think they should strip them of their 2014 title. They can keep the others.

It's a new article today apparently. Different to Friday.

It's nothing to do with city. The club I mean, not the cheating. Whatever happens at 'The Etihad' is a PR exercise for a Gulf State. They must be dead proud

When they get wound up we should take Pep and KDB and I’d probably take Walker too

UEFA, release the hounds

"Of course, we can do what we want"

-- City

It would appear so.

Uefa won't do anything, they got a large enough cash settlement from City which they would prefer rather than banning city and stopping their top players playing in the CL.

Their fans are so blinkered though. They don't think they've done anything wrong.

Apparently the Sheikh has topped up one particular deal from Ababar(spelling?) from £3m to £15m a season according to those leaks. And that's just the one deal. I think it's fairly obvious it's not the only one. Their revenue stream grew way too quickly.

PSG n City should be banned from the CL for 1 season and have to miss out on all that revenue. Hit them where it hurts.

So that's one scouser that wants a title from us, desperate times for some so no big surprise there.

How about the rest of you, what would you like to see happen to us?

Have last seasons title stripped and given to second place

The owner topping up sponsorship deals that were worth much less, shocking.

We came 2nd in 2012 and 2018. Cheaters should never prosper. Playing by different rules to turn rest of us.

22 times eh?

Obvious though. However Uefa are in on it. Infantino certainly was by sounds of things.

Who would have thought the Arabs were corrupt eh?

Forget stripping of trophies, i'd just like to see a City admit their club is dodgy and full of cheats who commit fraud on a daily basis

Demotion to the lowest professional league possible.

That goes for all teams guilty, not just City. I would imagine there have been differing hush-hush agreements by various people from various big clubs down the years most of which will never see the light of day. But if City are guilty they should be demoted.

But, but, but, Manchester United.

I’d like just one City fan on here to admit their side cheated to get where they are.

That would be rarer than seeing United keep a clean sheet.

Even the normally reasonable Melton becomes the Abu Dhabi PR rep for the day when this kind of stuff happens

They all know it very very very deep down. They'll never ever admit it though.

Without the dirty cheating deals and financial doping from the UAE they are back to being a banter club. They can't see it clearly.

PSG n City are the worst thing to happen to top level football and I'd say that if it was Spurs or Arsenal. It just so happens to be our neighbours.

Are we all supposed to be bought out by countries now? Is that where it's heading?

Apparently Rubin Kazan are banned from europe for breaching FFP, not an important enough club so UEFA happy to slam down the ban hammer

They don't have the cash that City do to get out of it.

There's also other clubs with rich owners like inter who can't invest due to FFP but City got a free ride

Crazy
