It's impossible to argue this. Everyone here has already decided Mourinho shouldn't be Man Utd manager. All I can say is thank furrrk the United board have more sense than the United fans on this website.

But for the life of me , Matic, Fellaini, Young, Valencia, Jones and Rojo would be out of the door in the first window.

I don't agree much with souness but this exactly what he said yesterday- he said he won't play Fellaini for starters. funny thing is, Fellaini was better than Matic.

No manger with his head screwed on would play Fellaini in midfield. Or Matic. Both are average and very very lethargic.

All I can say is thank furrrk the United board have more sense than the United fans on this website.

Jose basically claiming the stats are deceptive because you were in the game until the 86th minute or whatever? Basically saying you hung in there like some plucky underdog, yet if Moyes said something like that he’d get castigated for it

Yes to be honest! Mourinho knows what he's doing as shown by his career and deserves the right to be trusted to an extent! For some reason, Man Utd fans right now are acting as if Mourinho is as good a manager as David Moyes. It's ridiculous.

I want him to succeed, I genuinely do, but he is simply not the right fit for us.

The problem I have however, is that I believe that the bigger problems lie above José, at board level. However as they are the guys that call the shots, we all know who will be first out the door.

We’re in this “transition” phase for the long haul I feel..

No but when a team like Liverpool underachieves so badly they finish below West furrrking Ham and finish 8th, they can't be said to have played good football . What's good about that?
