Someone has been playing Football Manager
Wheres Hernandez in your lineup?
hernandez is on the bench but would rotate with young/nani making way
I agree, anyway the 3 player statement was before the CL final.
I still think that we might go for Defour rather than M'vila. With the rest of the spending it might make sense to go for someone a little cheaper, also SAF has been tracking for at least 3 years now.
farnajinho interesting, is defour a defensive mid? heard good stuff about him
He's more of an all rounder. He can play DM but is more box to box. He's been captain of Standard liege since he was 19. Born leader and very mature.
do you think he is a better propsect than yann m'vila? a box to box midfielder who is captain already at 19 seems like a perfect acquisition for us
on his wikipedia page - how interesting:
In late 2009 Defour broke his right foot. During his period of recovery he received a letter from Sir Alex Ferguson, manager of Manchester United, wishing him all the best in his recovery.[2] This led to persistent rumours of a switch to the English giants. On 26 October talking to talksport Defour refuted these rumours by saying "I do know that Manchester United are monitoring me - if everything goes well and I continue playing as I am, there is a better chance of me leaving than there was at the start of the season. " [3]
