Says he has no intention of reversing ticket cut allocation. I thought it was maybe for a season only, but looks like it’s for the long haul

Seems there is a rule
My tanks are holding firm
“The Home club must make provision for the admission of such reasonable number of visiting supporters at every home League Match and Play-Off Match as may be agreed in advance with the Visiting Club and, in the event of their being unable to agree such number not later than 14 days prior to the date of the League Match or Play-Off Match in question, the number of visiting supporters allowed shall be determined by the Board whose decision shall be final and binding.”
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Of course there's a rule. Everyone knows there's a rule.
So why was David Murray allowed to ignore it..or is it a new rule. That was my question.
You seem to be the authority here.

I’m no authority, I just knew that was a rule then confirmed it by a bit of quick research. You could try the same if your desperate to know about Murray?

Nobody says it did, it says the games classed as high risk. Using common sense and logic, given every rangers game isn’t classed high risk, we deduce that it’s due to the Spartak fans.
Also, not “ pretty much every team in Europe” has been blamed for the death of a policeman and 5 years previous had to play two games behind closed doors have they?

I’d suggest if your breaking the rules there would be a punishment
No point in having rules if people can break them without punishment
‘Nobody says it did, it says the games classed as high risk. Using common sense and logic, given every rangers game isn’t classed high risk, we deduce that it’s due to the Spartak fans’
Hmm. From you earlier.
‘Ah as I suspected, it’s due to the Spartak fans relutation rather than rangers.’
It’s great when and how you can choose to use ‘common sense and logic’ on reports when it doesn’t say anything specific.
I take it the reputation of the rapid fans was also why that game was classed as high risk?
