Hate this kind of article, no offence Coutinho.

Brilliant if we qualify but not so much if we don't. Guaranteed one of two extremes.

So what's the scenarios then? Win and you're through?

1-0 or by 2 goals if they score

Should be fairly comfortable then. Napoli are a good side but if they go two down i think they'll collapse.

Gonna be a frustrating night imo.

Don't want Liverpool dropping down to the Europa cup. They're a tough team and i'm hoping Arsenal win the cup.

Spurs can drop down because they're bottling garbage.

You do understand lovren might play?

As long as Moreno doesn't play as well, think you'll be just fine

Greatteams

Agree we've looked a little off but only away from home. At home we've an excellent record since the Sevilla game last season. Only game we haven't won was against Porto and we'd already smashed them 5-0 in Portugal.

I actually agree. Napoli will bow to the pressure and the atmosphere on a European night at Anfield.

The only team going out of CL tonight is Spurs

Napoli took our 4-3-3 apart at their place. I think it was the primary driver for our switch to 4-2-3-1 so I can't see us playing 4-3-3 tonight.

In the away game our defense was way too deep, leaving the midfield with too much space to cover. Hopefully we push up and press from the outset.

Joyce reckons our probable midfield is going to be Hendo, Milner and Wijnaldum tonight

3-1 or 4-1 to Liverpool I reckon.

Going with the home game against Roma tactics again

Like it really helped us in any other game that we tried it.

I think the issue Liverpool have is Napoli have the quality to score at any ground.

1 goal could be very problematic and mean Napoli can tactically pre empt what Liverpool are going to do, and take steps to shut it down, if they get a goal at any point.

The fact they are tactically very strong means it is imo harder than the game spurs have against Barca, who wont have Messi or suarez, and statistically let in lots of goals at home in their absence.

If it was simply win Id be confident Pool would progress but Napoli arent a walkover when the match is more akin to a match of chess, at this stage of the group phase.

Good luck to both teams tonight

They're an okay team, far more dangerous at home than away.

It's in Liverpools hands so they should go through really. Knowing you need to win sets the tone and favours them.

Napoli have been known to bottle it in the past when it came to winning Seria A or progressing in CL but that was under Sarri. Ancheloti is another beast which will make it a tough night.
