I think moving now will actually cripple their title chances

Strange timing just after a heavy home defeat

But, yes, he is correct. This has been a massive cock-up by Spurs. They have already manipulated the fixture list by ensuring they have more home games at the business end by misleading everyone. They have mucked their own fans about, never mind anyone else.

They should not have been allowed to play domestic games at Wembley, sadly greed meant it was and no doubt the mistake will be repeated if and when Chelsea decide to build a new stadium.

It was good to see the look on his face as we spanked his team yesterday

Happy new year Colin

The real question is who actually cares? It will neither hinder or improve our chances of winning the title.

As pointed out we have had more away than home matches but against the top 6, we will only play 2 of them at the new stadium as the rest have already played us at Wembley.

Who cares? The mousers do!

They'd rather we still play at Wembley even when we actually have our own stadium!

It's called running scared!

Because we were unbeaten at WHL in our final season there.

Playing in the new stadium will hand us back the advantage of playing at home, which we were handicapped off since we've been playing at Wembley!

It could galvanize us!

Imagine opposition facing us in our real home?

That's why they are running scared!

Moaning about us might be allowed to play at our new stadium?!
😂

I think moving mid season could throw Spurs off in a way and they could have some dodgy results there at first.

I agree with him but not his reasoning.

Moving into a new stadium is something you should do in Aug not Feb, it will feel so much fresher at the start of next season rather than over half way through this one. I'm no fan of Wembley but it should always of been a 2 year experience.

What on earth would any team be running scared of. It's Spurs.

What an odd comment.

Changing stadiums could be more beneficial to other teams. I could see you lose a few matches on the bounce before you get used to the new pitch.

And you had a bigger home attendance in 2018 in Wembley than you will have at the Lane.

The pitch won’t be a problem as we have the same pitch at the training ground

As for you saying the attendances at Wembley will be bigger is wrong as most games are restricted to 51,000 at Wembley and 62,000 at the lane.

The levels of ignorance on here are quite astounding.
Far too many people throwing their oar in without first bothering to check up on the facts

TBH I don't care where spurs play their remaining home games.

I get what warnock is saying. Every team is meant to play each other on a level playing field, excuse the pun, ie once at home and once away. Yes there are variables to account for like some clubs playing in bigger stadia etc. However it’s unprecedented a club using three stadiums over the course of the season.

If Wembley has put Spurs at a disadvantage then opponents will surely be at an advantage, as Warnock said. Vice versa as well at the new ground.
