Quite impressive to be honest

Can’t see it having anywhere near that the next decade unfortunately but has been a great period. If only we could sort our off the field issues out now

Interesting how Wengers last 10 years were still better than anything Liverpool and Spurs could conjure between themselves in terms of trophies

Will be interesting to see the spending aswell.

Considering we lost Fergie 6 years ago.......I'd take our record every day too.

Man City will overtake Chelsea if they win this season's Premiership!

They will overtake this little article in terms of record but PL titles will still be 5 > 4 in Chelseas favour.

That's actually quite underwhelming from City when you look at how much money they've spent in that time and how hyped they are.

They didn't win the first of those trophies until 2011 so that makes the haul slightly more respectable.

They really are missing a European trophy to bulk that up.

City are an example of how well we've actually done since 2003 despite having the money advantage. We are far too hard on ourselves sometimes. Just look at the difference in European records, it's embarrassing.

GoE,I just want Chelsea to be rival and closest competitor of Man City in next 10-12 years but I reckon that Liverpool & Man U will leave Chelsea in their wake.We can just hope to be 4th best team in England in the near future!

OP add this, it will make Spurs look even more

Nice one OP, it's good to know where clubs rank in the last 10 years.

Fair enough but the Arab owners were there since 2008.

It's massive, especially in Europe. It's taken City years to start making any significant dents in the CL. They've definitely underachieved in that regard.

Oh yeah very true. We were used to winning domestic and European trophies even if people like to sweep that fact under the rug a bit.

Wasn't it like 40 years since City last won a trophy until they won the FA cup in 2011.

Spurs do have a the best stadium in Europe about to be unveiled though, whslt Chelsea are still playing in a cowshed I used to visit regularly in the 1960s, where the greyhounds were the highlight of the stadium.

What also gets forgotten about is City invested well on players 12 months before they were taken over, unlike us who only bought De Lucas (remember him lol) on a free in the 12 months before Roman entered the picture.

They were definitely a top half PL outfit, not relegation fodder or anything like that.
