you actually have to admire the integrity of the response, and the thoroughness, it's almost a lesson in football management.
easy to see why Leeds are where they are now, although if the EFL deem this to be cheating...

Some of the things mentioned from the conference, relayed by a Leeds fan at work:
Biesla is proving that watching training doesn't give him a advantage. He is showing journos how he scouts games and they are all going through is 300 hours of derby research
what % of formations you play
what formations create the most chances v derby
what % of the pitch you commit the most fouls
the average pace and running yards for each players
analysis of your last 200 games
Clips of each player including Lowe in an 18s game
Showing a 41 min vid of derby attacking and counter attacks that they condense to 10 mins per player
4 hours to analysis on each game....
He has watched every harry wilson and jack marriot game from the last 3 seasons.
Said he woke up at 3am and realised he missed one season of wilson at age 17...
Now onto how many minutes each derby player plays in each position over their career. then just their derby career and how many chances they have created.
That is absolutely meticulous and he does this for every match! It made me wonder, how much research / 'spying' is conducted by British coaches ? Would they be as extensive?
I think only a small % would be that thorough for their match preparations.
If it is not a form of cheating then why isn't every club allowed to have an employee monitor an opponents training a week before we play them? Bielsa didn't need to watch Derby train but sent a spy TWICE!!!
Makes me laugh. If a bloke is that meticulous then why does he feel he needs to spy? Doesn't make sense. Like also...why has he never managed in the Prem if hes that good???

I really liked this part of Bielsa's comments today:
"I don't want to compare my behaviour with the past. I've heard that there are other behaviours that effect the fair play but I absolutely do not want to defend myself by attacking others. I don't want to point to any other situation that is not linked to my responsibility."
Every team in the land knows now how Derby play. Bielsa has facked with Lampards head massively here and Bielsa doesnt give a fack either.
