Chelsea have made 8 changes from our game on Thursday
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Fair enough but they are not exactly putting untried youth players in are they and they are facing a lower division side. Plus one of their changes was a new signing
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It’s because they have a bigger and stronger squad than us but nevertheless they have rested lots too.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is true!
Now,...if you were spurs manager... what would you conclude from this?
And...... what would you do about it?
And .... how would you deal with your chairman?

I notice Chelsea dont need to rest 7 or 8 players today

Just saying

Chelsea have more or less a full squad to choose from. I don`t think they have any injuries, so even with the changes can have a very strong bench. Poch should have just fielded his best available, and could have had players like KWP and Skipp on the bench if he wanted, he chose not to though.

Imo he was right not too.

Winks, Eriksen & Toby have playerd every minute since November and need to take rest where they can.

Rose can’t play two games so quickly and has to be managed.

On top of that Kane, Son, Dele, Sisokko & Davies were all unavailable.

Lloris & Gazzaniga is a coin flip atm.

I’m sure you won’t agree though

Thats the only thing we stand a chance of winning and we do what we did.

Lets get it right one of the chelsea youth players that played is being sought after by Bayern fpr in the rgion of 40mill that hardly compares to skippy does it.

KWP still learning his trade and being played out of position??

N'Koudeau has not been bear a first team short for the whole season and Llorente? Come on.

Its not only who he picked but it sends a message thru the entire club IMO and that message is "it dont matter". I feel this also reflects on any regulars who do get selected because they also have an "it dont matter" attitude during the game.

I dont care about what anybody else says IMO you go flat out to win every game regardless of the competition and we dont do that. Injuries are always a risk even in the last 10 minutes of a game (Kane and Dele) so why bring a first team player on at all then?

Kane at Tranmere for instance?

Sorry but these decisions are contradictory and IMO wrong.

We could have gone a lot stronger today and elected not to. If the FA Cup is that unimportant then dont enter the damned thing at all.

I don’t really care about all that

Like I put I agree with him going weak today due to injuries and others in need of rest.

Wednesday was always more important to me than this.

Others disagree but hey I’m not losing sleep over it

Grandspur, I think we are a dying breed, we want Spurs to try to win every game they play.

I think if they thought more clearly they'd attribute more blame to Levy.

don't think so, Levy has given poch a squad littered with world class / very close to being world class players, yet still we are throwing games.

Does Poch not deserve any credit for making these players better? Kane, Eriksen, Son, Dele weren't as good before Poch.

I can understand why so many fans are frustrated with Poch re cup games but with all the problems he has to contend with and the overbearing but necessary demand to achieve a top four finish I would expect people to cut him some slack.

If we were to go into next season in our brand new shining stadium and not be in CL the repercussions will be a massive problem in so many areas. Keeping players, recruiting quality players not to mention Pochs position. Would be disastrous in the short to middle term.
