Really not sure how to rate our business to be honest.
Defoe could be a good signing, however it'll likely come at the expense of the overall shape of the team, trying to force him in. He'll still score goals though.
Davis, I really don't think we need. His best attribute when he was with us was his engine, and at 34 that's obviously on the wane. I don't see what he offers that any of our current bunch don't already, would have much preferred a more creative option. That said he's still a better option than Ejaria.
Firth - Completely pointless, struggled to get into Barrow's team apparently. I imagine he's only been signed so we could loan out McCrorie.
Polster - Completely unknown, hopefully turns out more Reyna than Edu. Chicago Fire seem to do better with him in the side, but until we see him I doubt we can judge him.
Jones & Kamara - Don't know why we've signed either of these 2. They've shown nothing in the games we've played against them to suggest they are anything other than bog standard SPL players. Minimal outlay though, so no harm in trying I suppose.
Would say that we probably have overlooked the defence, and that is one area we have to look at in the summer.
