West Brom Fans Unhappy with Leeds

Seems like there should be reciprocal pricing. Away fans for both teams should pay the same away prices.

How to make that work would be interesting to discuss. any suggestions?

JLA, there's a difference in attending Elland Road and, say, the Den. It's worth about 15 quid, not to mention 100,000 years of evolution.

Ridiculous that the prices are higher than the premier league cap.

As the New Dung is one of just a handful of away stadiums I have visited, I know what you mean, but the disparity in this particular case is untenable, really.

Absolutely, valid point!

The pricing at Leeds has been disgraceful for a long time.

But, isn’t it the same price in the home end? Last time I was in the East Upper, I’m sure I paid around £80 for 2 tickets.

Joke.

It’s absolutely the same for home fans, very expensive.
The away fans are lucky, they only pay it once, not for every home match.

Not comparable!

Home fans can:

1) choose which area of the stadium they wish to be in, with varying prices in multiple locations,

2) buy season tickets with a resulting lower cost per ticket per game.

Visiting fans have only one choice - to attend or not.

JLA, I take your points however it’s still the same price for the

Home fans.
Should really reduce the away fans capacity.

Visiting are privileged if they can see their team away from home.
Just ask many Leeds fans that can’t buy tickets.

Pricing policy for away fans is wrong. Some of the other clubs take it out on our fans not the owners, by bumping their prices when we come to town.

Home fans pay the same, so would have to change all the prices to bring them down.

It is a rip off though. Leeds are making a killing this year.

Making a killing and not invested a penny in January despite the obvious..... joke.

I agree Afridi, it’s a joke that could cost hundred of millions if we don’t get promoted.
As for ticket prices, yes they are too high but it wouldn’t be fair if away fans pay les than the home fans unless away ticket prices are capped for every match in the championship.

Yep, should have been spending in Jan especially as we're top.

Lets hope they aren't left regretting it.

Having to pay top dollar at Elland Road has been talking point for years. We have always said that if your team reflects it, then people will tolerate it, but after getting large crowds at ridiculous prices, and not spending money to strengthen this January, And being at the top for so long, playing some good football, and knowing a couple of good signings would have definitely take them over the line to a potential gold mine and sell outs every week, and then fails to get promoted. He's not very good at seeing an opportunity and business man. But if he did see it and did nothing, then AR doesn't deserve to own a football club if he fails when having this golden opportunity. And we have to question if he's capable of taking us up.

West Brom fans are notoriously bad. Years of hypocrisy, hiding behind a lie and hating Wolves more than they love their own club has bred a mentality of delusion. Leeds should be able to charge what they can, regardless of what West Brom charge.

The bottom line is this. West Brom fans don't travel in big numbers. West Brom is a horrible place to visit, so away fans have to be tempted by lower prices to enter the town and risk their health.

I'd charge them £60 a ticket and insist they are de-loused at the border to Yorkshire.

They are finished as a club. Lost horrifically at the weekend to a club that tonight has been spanked by a team many divisions below. What does that make them? No wonder they’ve all slunk off from this forum.

Yes it seems that the bogshites are long gone, their fans have realised that they are utter shat and disappeared back into the Sandwell smog. There gone for good, they won’t be missed !
