Have you only JUST figured this out Donn? Rest of us were discussing this straight after the game yesterday. Like Stoopo says, we win our next two games against Bolton and QPR and we're back in pole position.
Not the discussion I was hoping for goals and goal difference is the theme of my thread.
Unfortunately posters on here have started going back to rating the poster instead of the article. Goal difference probably could cost us a top 2 spot, if it does, then we didn't deserve top 2. We do need to score more goals, equally not giving away cheap goals away will help keep our goal difference healthy. We haven't smashed anybody yet and I can see it happening.
Goal difference very important Donn. I said as much the weds night when Ayling gifted a goal and Norwich scored giving a quick 2 goal swing.

I think we’ll have games where we score 3/4 goals, and whilst I have some concerns offensively, I think we can still score through our style of play.
It’s the silly defensive errors that have become more frequent, that may cost us GD wise.
If Norwich and Sheffield don't win tomorrow then we'll stay top with a game in hand.
There's just as much pressure on them as there is on us.
Yeah people rate the poster, but when you post negative after negative article, all season even though we've been TOP of the league for the whole season, then you start to question their motive on putting it up there.
Yeah could do with scoring more goals. But we're TWO goals short of Norwich in terms of GD, that can change in a game, like it did on Weds night when Norwich lost 3-1 and we won 2-1. It's not even like we're 10 GD behind is it.
It's when you start an article saying 'just noticed' when all Leeds fans knew within minutes of the final whistle.

Just done a review of the articles you have published The Donn, all of them negative other than one positive in August last year. The old man must be revolving in his grave to think you have purloined his name (adding the extra "n" for negative).
Bet on the day we get promoted you will publish an article bemoaning how terrible things are.

Goal difference is indeed a worry and we are flat in that respect as other teams overhaul us. These silly goals conceded here and there and lack of taking more chances add up to us feeling more uncomfortable than we should.
Goal difference is not really a worry for me at all. At the end of the day it can only ever be worth 1 point. An extra 100 goals will still just be worth 1 point on goal difference.
A late winner is worth 2. Let's just get another 9 wins and points difference won't matter.
The Donn, I agree with you, I dread to think of being in the playoffs, cause I know we won't win, and that will be an unimaginable blow to us. Really annoyed Sheff. Utd won, and W.Bron and especially Bristol city are breathing down our necks.
Everything is hunky dory at the club fabulous marvellous great hallelujah hope this is positive enough sick of all the barbs and ridicule .
Losing some serious ground on GD today, everyone rolling over, sheff Utd and Norwich 4-0 up! Need to thrash Bolton next weekend
Harrogate agreed, problem is we struggle to win by big margins at present.
Yes we're lagging big time on goal diff. We've got to get ruthless and not be content to win by 1 or 2 goals.
Donn you do not get it do you, it isn't that you post the occasional negative thread, it's every thread and when there are positives like the performance against Swansea in the week you are nowhere to be seen.
I'd like to know what planet is have faith in Leeds on saying 100 goals only means 1 point it could lose you 100 million if it was the difference of finishing second or third unbelievable.
