The new WHL looks like a blue version of The Emirates

It looks nothing like it

A blue Emirates with no sponser, wouldn’t be surprised if they called it Blue Emirates and put a Tony Adams statue up, bless them.

apart from being bigger, closer to the pitch, 17000 one tier behind the goal, own brewery, hotel, retractable pitch , in house bakery, restaurants etc etc etc .. yeh its pretty much the same
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Does sound quality tbf. Unless you are one of the corporates you do miss out on a decent bar inside a stadium. Ones at the Emirates are poor in my view.
Dunno if you ever been to watch Gillingham but they've got a nice little bar behind the home end.

problem with the Emirates they didnt involve the fans like spurs have in the design and what they wanted . spurs changed the design because of fans asking for one tier behind the goal so create an amazing atmosphere
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I've grown fond of the Emirates and it does look great at night but generally agree that the atmosphere for smaller games isn't what it should be. Having said that the game v Spurs when we won 4-2 was the best I've experienced for a long long time.
Think a stadium can help generate an atmosphere when fans start to feel at home there. Might take a while for Spurs fans to feel the same connection to the new stadium as they do WHL.
They'll be about the same position where they are now once they get into their new stadium.....hopefully without CL football

dont think so as its in the same place so surroundings the same
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well the Emirates is only 5 mins away so we all still use the same stations, pubs etc. However, like ours, yours is still a different stadium and will feel different to the fans and players. I think you've been fortunate as the prem games you've got there are all winnable wherever you are playing. Still think it will take Spurs a while to really settle in. you'll need to work harder to get results early on I reckon if Arsenal's experiences are anything to go by.
It's a fantastic facility, no doubt about that. But a stadium guarantees nothing. A whole lot of other factors must fall in place for a club to succeed where it matters most - on the field of play.

We heard that about Wembley yet had the 3rd best home record of wins last season plus beating Dortmund, Madrid etc in the cups.

I really fail to comprehend this logic "Arsenal's move to a new stadium didn't go well therefore Spurs will have the same problem" ...... a bit like saying "RVN was a great success coming from the Dutch league so every other striker from that league will be a great success too". Kezman, Janssen etc
The comparison is pure nonsense every club moving stadia is a totally different situation.
West Ham's move was also very different as they went from a tight ground with a great atmosphere to a soulless athletics track.
