Spurs, Utd and Chelsea bottles the league. We are still on it right to the end. City had a lead on us and we caught them and then took a lead and they caught us.
Those 3 clubs bottled it months ago so don’t listen to

In terms of their team yes, the narrative for years has been top team that can't make the final push when it matters.
Liverpool have bottled nothing. As things stand they could still win the league, so the whole discussion is at best premature anyway.
Liverpool have been remarkably consistent in the league this season. Only one defeat so far. Yes, they have let a 7 point lead slip (10 points at one stage although at that point City did have a game in hand), but since that point, they have remained neck and neck with City, and I think it will remain close until the season's conclusion. The team that loses out won't have "bottled it" unless either team suffers a severe drop in form between now and the end of the season. And I don't see that happening.
On a slightly different note, City are no longer in 4 competitions. They are in 3, one more than Liverpool (currently in 2).
