When you log on there is a huge news article on how to purchase the away games.

You would expect the same for the home leg?

When i saw the big away article yesterday i simply assumed home details had not been sorted out.

There wouldnt have been a panic if the site hadnt said Limited and sold out where neither is true.

Yes - 4 season ticket holders = 4 tickets

Click on ticket news and it's 3rd article down currently.

The first is Derby County (A), which obviously isn't relevant to home tickets.

The second article is about gold memberships, again not relevant.

Third article is: TICKETS: PLAY-OFF SEMI-FINALS

I think this article demonstrates just how much of kebabs brainpower is directed to trying to keep control of his anal machinations.

I've been trying since 9 o'clock and it shows sold out .
Tried ringing but no reply.

It's not "plain as day" at all. The ticket information is rubbish and important stuff relegated to small print. PLUS - and this has caused me stress all morning - I haven't been able to purchase my reserved Season Ticket-holder seats online, because my basket "does not meet the eligibility criteria for the Family Stand" : they have wrongly classed my 16 year old as "Adult", ticket cost £26. Trying to deal with this, it is easy to accidentally clear the basket or update the basket in a way you didn't intend to. Not only is this very stressful, it means you have to wait ages to log in again, in the hope of finding that your tickets are back in the basket.
Can't complete the purchase, because "2 Adults, no child" not allowed in the Family Stand, even though my son is a 16 year old ST holder.
The Customer Ticket Line has no operators on duty, because it's a Bank Holiday. I've emailed the club. It's a shambles.

Not surprised at all to hear of the problems.

I am still waiting to be contacted with regards to relocating next season..............weeks ive waited now.

and yet admin costs in the accounts are through the roof.........it certainly cant be admin costs for the pile of garbage ticket office

So no ticket availability for gold members???

Afridi, it's 'sold out' for those that are not season ticket holders, it says sold out but really it just means non available, don't worry
