I don’t think you’ll find many Liverpool fans upset at missing out on the title. Disappointed yes, but what more can you do?
We had the 2x PL golden boot winners
The PFA player of the season
The best defence
The Golden glove winner
Amassed 97 points
And it still wasn’t enough
City have been immense and there’s nothing but admiration and respect for their achievement this year.
Who knows... next year could be our year
Cheers process but as Coutinho's Mirkin says we're more proud of our achievement rather than upset.
Obviously we all hoped city would stumble but I said to my lads after the spuds/city game that that was it.
But we've got more points than any other team ever except Guardiola's city so there's nobody out there can say anything to us.
Hope you enjoy next season...
Only 4 points dropped against sides outside the top 6 is another incredible achievement.
didn't know that. that's really something as this was a problem for liverpool most years.

True. Anyone saying you bottled it are clutching. Lost one game all season and won something like the last 10.
Thanks Process
A lot of the vitriol from many Utd fans is just deflecting from thier own troubles right now, which is understandable I guess.
Great side you are. Panicky you get at times especially the nil draw with Everton. Even Klop was subdued with 30 minutes to go, You could have easily won this one and possibly won the league as a result.

Similar to Liverpool fans in the SAF era I guess. The shoe is on the other foot for now anyway.

Can’t blame one mid season draw on not winning the title. City lost at home to Palace.
Yeah there's no such thing as a perfect side, we certainly aren't, and as you said even this amazing city machine threw away points against teams they should have beaten.
But that's what makes football football.

It's not exactly raping and pillaging your village is it.

To think that City were able to pip Liverpool without De Bruyne and Fernandinho for most of the season is mind boggling really
Bringing Kompany in towards the end proved a master stroke
To win the last 14 games to clinch the title is a phenomenal effort and had you told me prior to the Liverpool game it would happen, I would have laughed in your face.
As for Liverpool. To finish with the 3rd highest points total of any top flight side in history and to end up with nothing is ridiculous. Proper head scratcher.
City have shown that they can maintain the standard they set last season. The question now is can Liverpool do it next season and put in another challenge?
Going to be an interesting summer.

On the squad side of things there is absolutely no reason why not.
Liverpool will sign a goalscorer for the midfield and shore up the fullback positions as Moreno is on his way.
It’s going to be an epic tussle yet again.

Forgot about the Everton game when I was thinking of this.
About time people stopped being wind ups and there was a genuine appreciation of the season Liverpool have had.

The Process,
As of this moment what have they have won?
They are favorites to win the CL, but if they mess that up, like they did the PL, then the bloom could off the Klopp rose.
