I wouldn't.
AR needs to have a long hard look at the recruitment structure and whether Orta is an asset or a liability.

Never understood the stick Monk got. I would’ve done the same as him and he did an outstanding job at Leeds.
Agree about Monk, got a raw deal from the club and went elsewhere. Most would have done the same

Of course they would. He did a fantastic job and the club took the p*ss out of him.
Very similar to Bielsa. But I feel if he walked, he’d get a good reception in a hypothetical match up against Leeds.
If Bielsa walks, and I hope he doesn't, it'll be back to his homeland I think. Corberan is his ready made replacement but I think he'll stay for another go at promotion, hopefully with effective backing from AR and Co.
I wasn't happy when Monk went and argued he didn't have much off a choice, but, I'd think nobody has done with this club and the players at his disposal as much as what Bielsa has in such a short time!..
Even the Don who might have won things for us took a bit off time!..
Hopefully Bielsa stays and gives it another shot!..
Noen of pundits reckon Bielsa will stay and he looked and sounded really broken in interview. Maybe I missed it but really surprised he didn't stay out there with his players, they bought into his philosophy, I think he owed them that.
I'm sure MB will stay for another season
I will definitely think differently of Bielsa is he walks. I know he's massively improved a side that was nothing last season. Be a bit cowardly to walk away now IMO

Why is it cowardly to walk away now???
Bielsa walks to Brighton.
If the club give him the ammo that he surely now knows he needs I think he’ll stay.
Kiko, we need to loan him out and get ANOTHER Keeper in, maybe a PL Loan if possible.
Bamford we need shot of.
Problem is they cost us money and no one is going to want them based on last night.
What we also have to worry about is all the players that could leave.
Pontus, Phillips, Roofe in particular.
Aza in you last sentence you hit upon the biggest issue we face .when you just miss out on going up in championship the vultures swoop in to use their sky money and the huge differential in wages to entice your best players away so you can't easily build.we saw it with Wood and Taylor going in 2017.that's what makes it even more disappointing because you miss out you lose your best players maybe even the manager too.
It's not a nice thing to think about but I am preparing myself for it to happen.
Cannot see MB managing another club in England, if he leaves it will be to go home
