You're probably right. Like I say, Kane is rarely off form and the above logic relies on the replacements being good.

There have been times though when Kane has clearly been knackered/unfit/off form/overplayed when it's been frustrating having no alternative to him playing the full 90 every game. That's when it becomes a bit of a double-edged sword having an undroppable in the team

As much as Kane leaving would definitely make us worse I don't think it would necessarily be a catastrophe. Yeah we need a chairman with an actual strategy and a DoF and a manager and a defence but still.. na fack it. It'll be a disaster

If we tried for Nagelsmann and he turned us down then fair enough. Been hearing a lot about our interest for Kompany today so can only assume this is because Nagelsmann is off.

Kompany would be an interesting choice. Not totally against it but quite risky for a novice Championship manager to be thrown into Spurs.

I think I'd rather do it by poll on here

But seriously, Paratici should be done soon enough. Get Munn lining up DoFs who align with the strat. Yeah we need a shortlist but they should be on board with the manager
