Remember schools out well as the holidays started in July...we got off for two months.

Kinks Lazy Summer Afternoon is iconic and gives that hot London summer vibe so well back then.

Saw the Kinks in Dublin and they played before....zz top.!!Literally mods and rockers.

Ray Davies is an superb songwriter, I know people will always cite Lennon/McCartney or Jagger/Richards when talking about great British songwriters but I’d have Davies right up there
