CB is essential for us getting promoted.
If we need to play Philips there at any point it completely changes how we play.
Beradi is a liability.
Pascal Struijk looks promising but we do need an experienced CB along side Cooper

Happier if we signed another winger tbh. Meaning Pablo is only ever playing through the middle. A role share with Roberts who would also occasionally play up top if needed.
(However I think Roberts is very suited to the No.10 role on the back end of last seasons showing, he looked excellent)

If we were to sign another player id like another option at CM just so that we have some rotation options. Attacking wise I'm happy with our options though.

People saying we need a goalscoring striker as well need to accept that we're not going to bring in another striker while Roofe and Bamford are here. If Roofe signs a new deal then he'll be on money similar to Bamford you'd expect. No change we'll bring in another to have those 2 sat on the bench on big money.

I don’t know what Victor’s maths is like, but if we only have 10% left to complete, it’s looking unlikely we’re getting the cb, 10/winger and striker i was day dreaming about!
More likely the 10% is selling Phillips!

Orta also said we are always open for transfers so presumably if somebody becomes available (for cheap or 17 playing in the Spanish third div) they'll go in for him.
I think we need a CB and a Playmaker for certain, another midfielder or striker optional if they are better than what we have. Ajayi seems a common sense option.
If we signed a quality CB I'd be pretty happy going in to the season as long as there are no more player sales

Roofe and Bamford are injury prone, so much intact they were only both fit together in just 4/5 games last season or so I read. Need a striker who WILL be fit for 40+ games.
Tricky one - Can Pablo do a full season ?
Apparently Pablo himself has raised concerns about being up to the rigours of a Bielsa style season. This was evidenced by how badly he faded last time around. It would be fantastic to have a quality alternative No 10 and to be able to use Pablo judiciously and as an impact sub where he could pull tiring opposition defences all over the place.
An alternative for Pablo is badly needed. Expecting him to carry the load for the whole season is not sensible - especially after the way he faded last season. He is another year older now as well. I am unsure if Roberts is the answer but he may be needed as Striker cover as both our main strikers are injury and loss of form prone. Another creative AM is needed I feel
