I'll list non-United ones here to be fair.

Dejan Savicevic fro Red Star and Milan

------------------------------------------

He was Maradona-esque for Red Star against United in the 91 European Super Cup.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I remember Bakero for Barca against us, he was quality

Couldn’t think of too many Germans I enjoyed watching, one who made the game look easy was Effenberg

Peak Ozil was good to watch. There's an entire video of shpulder drops on youtube.

Schweinsteiger was no muck as well, before they changed him into a deep midfielder.

Gundogan at Dortmund was nuts with his dribbles through midfield

posted on 13/8/19

Ballack before Chelsea made him play second fiddle to Lampard.

I liked Andy Möller, strutting, cocky midfielder for Dortmund and Germany, a bit like Effenberg I suppose. I liked watching Klinsmann too, such a creative finisher who scored all types of goals, Thomas Hässler was a tidy player too and was a free-kick specialist.

Then more modern day players like Götze during his first stint at Dortmund, Reus when he was at ‘Gladbach and then of course at Dortmund was great to watch in full flow.

Scored in the 2-2 at OT in 1994. Really good player.

Romario too from that Barca side. I used to copy his toe poke finishes when I was at school and college and they actually worked a treat as the keeper wasn't set usually.

The way Romario did that was amazing. Like you say, the keeper couldn’t react as he hardly had to break stride - it was so well disguised. Really graceful player to watch.

Glad to see Hagi mentioned earlier too. And Stoichkov.

I loved watching that senegal team in the early 2000s, Fadiga, Diouf, Diao

All these comments and I've only seen Zidane's name once.

The guy made the game look easy.

For Liverpool, every loves King Kenny but a shout out for John Barnes - he absolutely terrorised teams in the late 80s

Loved Romario. Hagi and Stoichkov were brilliant too. Some great memories of them at USA 94.
