Will all depend on what they work on in training.

My preference would be to give Tahith Chong a go on the right, it's supposed to be his favoured side although he's done well on the left.

Me too. Hell, I would play Gomes too. He has the ability on the ball to unlock a tight defence. Either him or Mata for me.

Chong did better on the left in preseason.

I wouldn't change it tbh. Look to be playing well in spells.

Saying that Lingard needs to be binned.

Yes, he is nothing more than a squad player, and even that is a push on recent form. I am really scared that we are going to lose Gomes at the end of the season and would much rather see him playing ahead of Jesse.

..............

Just had that exact same conversation with someone. The stat that your RB who has only played one season and has more assists than Lingard has in his whole premier league career is shocking.

The Process. Just admit it. You picked him up in fantasy football didn’t you?.
We can’t start with all 3. So it has to be Martial/Rash to start. Regardless, one of them two always has to start.
But make no mistake, I think Greenwood will have a big role. Considering our options...

Don’t play fantasy football anymore.

All 3 can play against a side like palace imo.

I hear ya, i’m just saying we shouldn’t play all 3 at the same time. Someone goes down, who else we got?

Rather see Gomes tbh. We should be patient with Greenwood, rushing things will only lead to people's bloated opinions go in the opposite direction.

Should be a good match up between Zaha and AWB this weekend.

Any fan who thinks that Lingard is a starting United player is part of the problem and contributes to the decline of a great club. Same applies to Scott McT.

They're going to be used as we don't have many options there. If Mata was faster he'd have been perfect for the ten role in this side.

Right now we do have options in certain positions but none worthy of being first choice. CM, Am and RW. Though we do have potential in these areas, we'd have to be patient if we want them to come to fruition.

Not sure why you would have a problem with McT. He was one of our best players against Chelsea and played well against Wolves for the first half. He had a poor second half, but has been a pretty consistent performer for us for a good few months. He is certainly ahead of Matic and Fred in the pecking order for me.

I think too many people are judging him on a few appearances at CB under Jose and the way he played under Jose, when he was basically told to win the ball back and give it to his team-mates without taking any risks. Which is exactly what he did. Once Jose left he has demonstrated that he has more to his game. Perhaps long term he won't be good enough to be a regular first team player, but at the moment he is doing fine and feel that he is at least good enough to be a squad player.

Gotta 2nd that. I mean, I would love Fred to step up as a viable option. But for me too, right now McT is the best option.

I fear that Zaha will be deployed to the right to target Shaw. He is more exposed now while last season our right side was more of a weaker point
