Well..... barca won two leagues without neymar now. so... no.

but spurs had a lot of injuries and didn't spend and that made the injuries worse. They were about spent by the end.

This year kane doesn't look mobile enough. Erisken issues are huge for spurs but this looks resolved for the moment. Alli is also out.

Spurs seem to have a grumpy manager and are just to me slightly off right now. I think if they get the best CBs back in it'll help but just playing eriksen will improve them no end.

yeah spurs were ruined last year by their lack of transfers and too many england internationals getting tired.
