I recommend Aussie Rules football. It’s a nationwide sport but mainly huge in Melbourne. It’s hard to describe how popular it is during game weeks in Melbourne unless you’ve been but every man, woman and child is very very excited for it and the whole city is on lockdown. Great game. Physical, skilful and fast moving.

Both can be boring and both can be entertaining, but both are very situational. The cricket world cup final is an exciting example of cricket, as is kwik cricket 20/20. The test matches are like watching paint dry imo. F1 is brilliant when the pit strategies clash or there's rain. Try watching a wet race and tell me it's boring.

I think it’s clear that Ronaldo and Messi are of a higher standard that Pele and Maradona.
What edges me more to Ronaldo is his ability to maintain his level at different clubs as well as dragging his country to international success.
It’s something Messi is yet to do and I think will be a blackmark on his career as he’s forever compared to Diego.

Can't bear golf myself, but cricket
Quite like F1 to be honest but only as a casual follower. No way I'd ever sit down and watch a whole race unless it was on mute in the background. I used to watch it a lot as a kid tbf, back in the Schumacher/Hill/Senna days.
I can understand why test cricket can be boring to some.
For me however it’s the pinnacle of cricket. Watching momentum change with a hundred partnership or a great spell of bowling is great. Though I haven’t really enjoyed the ashes because we can’t get that cheating caaaant Smith out

Same reason I love watching tennis. The shifts in momentum, often due to a single moment, are so absorbing to watch.

It's all kind of close between a few in most sports but darts is the one sport you can clearly say Phil Taylor is the GOAT.
