he will always be the same, its that fire that helps him get physical with defenders. He is just channeling it better just now. It also helps that we have started better this year also. You see it quite a lot in latino players that when things aint going their way the lose it.

If he loses that fire in his belly he becomes half the player IMO. he needs that edge to his game is all about controlling the fire

ps i never doubted him !! In fact I said that the season that Gerard come in that he could really help him take his game to another level as Gerard had the very same mentality but was able to focus it far far better

If Morelos starts taking the penalties this season then you have to think that if he stays fit he will easily hit 40+ goals this season.

I think if he goes at the end of the season Scottish football will be worse off for it. He at least has a strong personality on the pitch that makes him entertaining to watch.

His biggest crime for me has been wanting too much too soon in terms of goals and international recognition.

He seems more relaxed now and is scoring more and playing better.

I always thought he would mature as a player and get better. I just wasn't convinced it could happen this season.

He's definitely an asset to rangers and he'll be there for a long time to come.

His main ability seems to be 'bullying defenders'. I'm not actually sure what that really means (although it sounds like fouling) but whatever it means, it wont work if he takes a step up in class. The top guys will just let him run about for a bit and then take the ball off him when it bounces between his left heel and his right ankle.

Although I'm a bit harsh on him, I'm doing it because I want to help and believe that he can become a Rangers legend. Like Terry Hurlock.

I'm an objective judge though and he can improve if he cuts out the comedy stuff.

Last week against feyenoord he blasted two shots into the CR rear, hammered two against the goalie and rattled one into the side netting...and I mean the rear of the side netting....a class finisher would have had at least a hat-trick out of that lot.

He did have one brilliant run and cross to nobody in particular. That was good.

He's definitely growing on me.
