There's a reason Poch has never won anything meaningful in his managerial career.

A total lack of bottle when it matters most.

He will do just enough to get you to the brink (and subsequently build up the myth surrounding him), only to change everything up at the last minute.

I hope he stays at Tottenham his entire career. They might actually start being a problem if someone else came in.

He's a slightly better version of Emery, surely we can do better.

Implementing a style of play, getting players to believe in him, man management.

Look where Spurs were when he first came in. Completely transformed them, binned all the aging overrated high earners and developed/bought young ambitious players on a relatively low budget. Ok his time at Spurs looks like it should be up but that happens. I’d take 4 seasons of no trophies if we at least competed for the PL/CL instead of 2nd rate tournaments.

Spurs are already slowly becoming Arsenal, why would he want to leave for the real thing?

Wouldn't be massively against it but would prefer someone with more attacking flair. Like you said there aren't a lot of candidates around atm although I doubt Poch would come even if Spurs sacked him

Trophies aren’t everything. We won 3 FA Cups in Wenger’s final years and every time I knew he still had to go. It’s about progression at the end of the day.

I think some of the issues he is having is legacy wenger problems

hes had a mare with Xhaka though who is basically the swiss Lee catermole .

loads of positives for Arsenal and i also think that people are writing of Pepe too qucikly, hes a terrific footballer finding his feet, took hazard a while to really settle

Could do worse than a straight swap, Poch for Emery
