Utter rubbish Ed’s job is to insure we are successful and he’s failing. He’s appointments have been bad and the structure in place is awful. He doesn’t care

That's a very simplistic outlook though.
If his only failing is that he's not picked the right manager then after 4 managers surely questions have to be asked?

Hindsight is a great thing. If you look at each appointment, at the time they were the best available.

That really isn't hindsight though. When someone constantly gets it wrong then it's time to look at the problem and do something about it.
