I don't think so myself although last season I did say he'd be gone by Christmas and got laughed at. I do think that's possible.
For me the priority is improving the first team
For me, Bill D’Anewteem of Henerveen is the best choice. Young energetic and good at putting a tea together .
It'd be great to have a proper discussion about Ole and who we could replace him with.
I can't recall seeing any threads about this.

Rob makes a good point and was talking about this to someone yesterday, has Ole improved a single player at united since he came in?
You can talk of more time, poor squad etc. but fundamentally a good manager improves what he has to work with, then adds the players he wants to shape the squad.
Can anyone point to a player at united (outside of the new players Ole bought) and say he's made them a better player?
I'd say no but can't say I've watched every game, if the answer is no then there is a fundamental issue with him as a manager.
And he has had plenty of time to improve the players he inherited, more time is not an excuse on that.

Do you really think there has been enough time passed for a question like that?
Certainly not this season, so that rules out AWB, Maguire and James.
Lindelof is playing with a new CB partner and Shaw has been injured, as has Martial.
I don't really know what you'd expect to see with so much upheaval.
Rashford is the standout disappointment - if he's going to become a proper goalscorer then Ole needs to be the one developing him, but I'm inclined to give him time on the basis that the team is clearly lacking in certain areas and that it's only October.
100% yes Winston, Ole was made permanent manager in March if I'm right, he's had the guts of 6 months as permanent manager, and a full pre-season, so yes of course you woud expect him to have improved players he has worked with for up to 8 months including his time as caretaker.
Are you saying after 6 months managers like Klopp, Pep, Conte had not improved players in their squad?
I think you can't point to a single player and that's a major issue in Ole's ability as a manager.

United need goals more than anything, the defense is decent overall and they don't concede many, it's the lack of goals that's the biggest issue for sure.
If Ole showed any promising signs that we are improving then yeah, I'd be happy if he was given more time, but honestly speaking, right now its not good enough. I get the squad is trash but good managers can make average players better, SAF was a master at that, Klopp's made Liverpool's players world beaters. Right now our half decent players are average and average players are complete duds.
Also tactically, his 4231 system hasn't worked since he got the permanent job, yet keeps persisting with it and it keeps failing. Against Newcastle, they scored around the 70th Minute, we had 20 min to try and salvage something, change it up, but nothing.

Easy to say, but with such a clear out happening, it doesn't really work like that.
After the summer transfer window, it's like starting from scratch in some respects.
So which players do you think he should have developed? As I said, I think you can make a case for half of them at least not having progressed at this stage.
I think the two biggest issues are central midfield and up front. Until central midfield is resolved, I think these discussions about what he has achieved in player development are a waste of time.
We’re in a situation where I feel probably concede one goal in most games against half decent sides. So that means we need at least 2 goals to win games - as we’ve scored two league goals since August and we’re creeping towards November a competent striker is the biggest demand.
I'd disagree Winston, selling some players and buying 3 players isn't a massive upheaveal, and 6 months working daily with players is enough time to improve them, plenty of managers have done it, it's a basic requirement of a manager in any field to improve their team.

Exactly
Atletico has a huge upheaval in players going in and out of the club this summer but Simeone has already made Trippier for example a much better player
