Salah is normally anonymous against us tbf

Because he can’t speak English yet and he’d be incredibly naive to take on the job in the middle of the season. If he were to take it it’ll be in the summer, not now.

Not that I think Ole is doing well enough (although I'm fully aware the job is far more complicated that just sorting the manager), but what realistic/sensible options do we have if we sack him now?

That's pretty much the line up I would have gone with to be honest.

Tuanzebe may well go into midfield I think at times.
