It's clear that the distress funding by Douglas park and others is at an end.
To maintain a challenge, the club either has to dramatically increase revenue, significantly reduce costs, or a combination of both.
Otherwise they will go bust.
What will it be?

Well that's not what I said of course.
If rangers carry on as they are at current levels of revenue and expenditure, they will go bust without external funding. Let me know if that is incorrect.
As the external funding is at an end, as confirmed by dave king, I have outlined 3 possible scenarios.
Which one of those three do you think Rangers will pursue.?
Or perhaps you, as a successful and well to do individual, have other scenarios that I have missed. In that case, please share your wisdom with the group.

Says in the statement that revenue growth has increased significantly in past 2 years. Legacy costs (SD etc are reducing) and the football business is now in a place where it no longer requires above the line adjustment.
Therefore this is the last round of required funding

Those things don’t equate from the previous statements mate.
Revenue has grown. Yes and significantly. Question is how to grow it further.
Legacy costs are reducing. Not convinced about that other than the deal with SD will end sooner rather than later. On the back of that however SD have the right to sue and the cost of that so far to us anyway is a complete unknown but safe to say it will be in the millions. After that I believe SD still have last shout on retail deals although not sure how long for. Then there is the other court case on some wall or other. The loan from Close Bros will be getting paid down.
The bit about the football business means that the player and coaching side shouldn’t need any more financing as they believe squad value will allow them to sell and buy with hopefully an income gain (back to revenue) whilst replacing with good talent. All very feasible that and exactly what we do.
However. Unless the club raise revenue by that method or suddenly get some other new revenue then the books show that losses will be made. It’s important that Rangers become self sustaining and maybe that’s what they believe they can be from now on.
