Saka looks pretty good at LB to me.

Let's be honest, it was a game both teams played badly in. Two teams waiting for their new managers to start, and it showed.

That maybe true. But it was Everton's home game and it was on them to make the play. We have given away games to the likes of Watford, Palace, Norwich and Brighton shows how bad we have been lately and especially in away games. I'll take the draw and move on to hopefully better tactics, coaching and players in Jan.

Not sure about that. We soaked up a lot of pressure, Saka and Martinelli were brilliant defensively which helped. Xhaka played probably his best game this season. Everton missed some half-chances, but this is a team which has not lost in 90 mins under Duncan. When I saw the starting line-up I would have taken 1 point in a snap.

It wasn't a "great" performance - the bottom end of mediocre is where I would put it.

Everton were as poor as we have been recently. They were toothless in attack and not great in midfield. It was more a case of being as bad as each other than a case of either being good.

let's be honest, offensively we were crap but defensively we we're much more solid considering we had two wingers playing full back and we're still missing Holding.

Gunners_49,
"Great performance"? Are you serious? This whole game was about as poor as it gets. If you picked your best eleven from these two teams you still wouldn't have a team that would make the top 6.

Hope Arsenal management doesn't read this article, they will think that they can fix this mess with a few cheap moves.

btw: What's with this taking off the best goal scorer when the team needed a goal? Unbelievable!

I guess you haven't seen what Arsenal fans have been seeing lately. We'd appreciate a point away against Everton. You have to start from somewhere and I think this clean sheet is good for the confidence of the players, then they will focus on more the offensive side of the game because now they know they can keep a clean sheet away from home. Yes, I agree taking off Aubameyang was wrong, but I guess Ljungberg was too afraid of losing the game instead of gambling to take all the points.
