who appoints the scouts?
should of sacked and sorted that out before getting rid of the last manager

You might be right. I still mostly blame the players for poch sacking. Not levy not the scouts and not poch.

The fact the players are still shiiiite under Jose shows the squad is now finished.
If Levy has backed poch in the summer of 2018 with 3/4 first team players and got rid of those he didn't want (Rose, Toby etc) things would be very different now.

Probably wouldn`t have been any different at all. Pochettino had five years with a really good set of players to win trophies, and won nothing. Him spending more money would not have guaranteed anything. He had his day, time to move on.
In truth he was lucky to get five years without winning a bean. No other manager at any top club would get that long without winning anything.

All very well but spurs were not CL regulars and had still only won 1 fa cup in best part of 25 years before Poch joined.

er not sure, need to ask Sandy about that
Klopp spent almost 3 seasons at Liverpool before winning anything. It was only because the board didn't stand still like ours that they've since gone on to win stuff and become an exceptional team.
Levy is more shrew than shrewd.
We got to a final within five months of Klopp arriving and lost on penalties tbf.
Investment is indeed key though.

Piatek and Jovic look good bets. Always thought Ings would be pergect for Spurs.
Wood at Burnley is like Kane lite so could work as a cheaper less fashionable option.
