The Flat Earth documentary on Netflix was great. Very entertaining stuff.
Watching their attempts at scientifically proving the earth is flat is brilliant.
At the end of the day the guy that fronts it is basically just trying to get his Nat King off some crazy lady. Not unlike any other documentary based around a cult.
Except the ones where they all die in the end.

As cults go it is pretty fascinating.
The fundamental belief behind it all is so easily disproven you really struggle to understand how they can all look at each other with a straight face.
And apart from the folks making money/getting their hole off the back of it you wonder what is in for the masses who have signed up for it.
I guess they want to just feel part of something special no matter how ridiculous the premise behind it all is.

Some folk are just mad, there was a lass at our school who was a goth/wiccan witch type she was at a party where I said 'she didn't have a familiar, its called a pet cat' she there and then cursed me for life apparently, proper mental.
