I'd say the stats show they're actually pretty even with their coverage. The fact is, other than getting wound up a bit his coverage was pretty on par with his contemporaries.

What Griffiths did last night was plain daft. Whether he was getting abused or whatever, you don’t lob a bit of tape at a fan. It’s not going to do any damage at all, but it just leaves you wide open.
Boyd made a tool of his stats...said would use stats as 'you can't argue with stats'.
Then got his stats completely wrong because he's a fvcking idiot.
Other than that, I didn't disagree with anything he said.
I have no idea with Griffiths' issues are. I'm pretty sure that's he's also a fvcking idiot though. As well as being a nasty wee piece of work.

See what you meant now about the gambling stuff being rumour mill but of I'm honest I would say the same about his mental health too as far as I'm aware it's been very vague so could be anything from a short term bout of stress or depression to a long term condition and as far as I'm aware the only people that know that are him, his management team and family.
Anyhoo seeing as I didn't watch the game I googled what Boyd had said and if you think there's a problem with that then you are wide of the mark.
Apparently Griffith's was calling him out so why shouldn't he respond? There's nothing particularly bad in buds comments
Morelos has had nothing but criticism and to be quite honest racist abuse for two gestures in recent matches. Why should Griffith's be exempt from both makeing gestures after he scored and throwing things at fans?
