Honestly, how can someone criticise Eriksen’s attitude yet at the same time defend another player who refused to train?
Eriksen was very good first half of last season, dropped from January last season (along with the rest of the squad) and has been in and out of the team this season and yes on the whole been poor.
Seems like from the moment it was clear he wanted to leave, supporters wanted him going in for leg breakers at any given opportunity when that’s never been his game - but they were fine with that when he wasn’t trying to move.

Who was fine with it? As far as I’m aware, the supporters including myself have always been annoyed at Eriksen for being such a puuuussy and ducking out of challengers on a weekly basis. It’s well known amongst everyone that he does that. Difference is previously he was putting in the performances to justify it. Now he’s putting in half hearted performances and ducking out of challenges.
think its a shame how its ended up. don't want him at the club but once the dust settles I would probably give him a good reception on his return if enough time passed. gave us some quality moments, but ultimately didn't turn it on for us in the biggest games.... cl final, league cup final, fa cup semi finals......

Same for every spurs player then
